Samsung collaborates with top local CG production team to present immersive 3D programme Impossible Gifting Factory

HONG KONG, Dec 22, 2022 – (ACN Newswire) – Samsung, a worldwide leader in technological innovation, is generating a buzz of excitement in town this winter with a massive outdoor "immersive 3D" new photo hotspot for the holidays! After working with Japanese and Korean teams, Samsung is collaborating with local creative team DL and computer graphics (CG) production house FATface. Together, they will present Impossible Gifting Factory on the ultra-massive Samsung outdoor curved screen that wraps around the facade of Entertainment Building in Central. The visually stunning large-scaled holiday-themed programme is produced with the latest cutting-edge technology. It stars robots performing on the busy street all sorts of electrifying hip-hop break-dancing motion mid-air and handing out virtual presents in their extended arms. This will bring to the busy streets of Central a new immersive visual surprise for the festive season!

Samsung has all along been promoting creativity and the diversification of the creative industry. For this initiative, Samsung is collaborating with FATface, the CG production house behind the highest grossing Chinese-language movies in the history of Hong Kong (FATface took part in the production of special effects of a number of movies, such as Warriors of Future, The Storm Warriors and The Warlords). For the characters, Samsung used the nutcracker robots, reindeer and snowmen designed by DL. Samsung's advanced computer technology and computing applications were used for the animation to reimagine these characters as ultra-3D robots with extremely high levels of visual details. Thanks to such a combination of creativity and technology, the special effects of this holiday-themed 3D animation are truer to life in honour of Samsung's brand ideology – turning the impossible into the possible – which is fused into this production. On the screen, the stage and the robots' movement are so perfectly integrated into the busy street setting. They are so stunningly true-to-life that it will be hard to tell between the reality and the virtual set; in short, the aim is to offer the ultimate visual experience to the audience!

This year's production sets itself apart from the conventional Christmas lights and decorations. Starting from 22 December, the ultra-realistic immersive 3D animation Impossible GIfting Factory can be watched on Samsung's massive SMART LED curved screen on the streets of Central. When being assembled, the nutcracker robots will instantly spring into break-dancing motion, performing a variety of truly wonderful dance moves in a festive setting by busting out complex moves such as the Freeze, the Power Moves and the Flip. They will extend their arms and feet beyond the screen to create an ultra-realistic 3D experience. In the animation, the nutcracker robots will stick their heads beyond the screen, pick up presents and gesture to give them to the audience. Such an entertaining production is undeniably a photo hotspot not to be missed this festive season!

To continue and spread the jolly holiday vibes, Samsung has designed Christmas WhatsApp stickers based on Impossible Gifting Factory featuring the characters, which are available for download through this link (https://whatsticker.online/p/643479C5oLmgT/HK/zh). Everyone can use these stickers to share happiness with friends during this festive season. The collaboration this year demonstrates the boundless creativity of local creative teams while serving as a prime example of collaboration between local teams and multinational corporations. The collaboration will prove itself to be a driving force for the further diversification of the local creative industry and will open up more opportunities for showcasing its achievements.

Through this novelty of immersive interactive experience designed for the holidays, Samsung aims to bring a new visual experience to the traditional holiday while encouraging local productions and creating more opportunities for them, so that audio-visual enjoyment can reach new heights.

Queensland Announces Sampling Results Averaging 2.65% Li2O from the Mia Li-1 Occurrence at Its Mia Lithium Property in Quebec, Canada

Vancouver, BC, Dec 21, 2022 – (ACN Newswire) – Queensland Gold Hills Corp. (TSXV: OZAU) (OTCQB: MNNFF) ("Queensland Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results from surface sampling programs completed on the 86 square kilometre Mia Lithium Property (the "Property") in the James Bay area of Quebec, Canada, by Canadian Mining House, the vendors of the Property ("CMH"), prior to its acquisition by the Company.

Figure 1 – 2021 and 2022 Sample Summary

Figure 2 – Mia Lithium Property Regional Location

Table 1 – Results Table, 2021 and 2022 Samples

Highlights:
– 18 outcrop grab samples (from 2021 and 2022) confirm the Mia Li-1 occurrence with results averaging 2.65% Li2O.
– 3 outcrop grab samples from 2022 confirm the spodumene observations at the Carte 1879 occurrence with results averaging 1.65% Li2O.
– A trend of approximately 7km of unsampled pegmatite between the two mineralized occurrences is highlighted as a significant area to be followed up in 2023.

President & CEO Alicia Milne states, "We are pleased with the encouraging sampling results near the Mia Li-1 and Mia Li-2 occurrences which will provide valuable information to add to our 2023 exploration program."

2021 & 2022 Sampling Details

A total of 17 pegmatite outcrop grab samples were collected in 2021 by Services Geologiques T-Rex Inc. of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec ("SGT"), with the aim of verifying the Mia Li-1 and Mia Li-2 lithium occurrences (Figure 1, Table 1). The sample results confirmed the Mia Li-1 occurrence with five grab samples averaging 2.31% Li2O, but were not able to confirm the Mia Li-2 occurrence with two grab samples returning background lithium. One sample was collected 700 metres east of the Mia Li-1 area with 2.73% Li2O (herein named MIA 3). Additionally, nine samples were collected south of Lac Miakadow to test a coarse-grained granitic rock type that is outside of the main trend and returned background lithium.

A follow-up sampling program was conducted in fall 2022, with nineteen pegmatite outcrop grab samples collected by SGT for CMH (Figure 1, Table 1). Thirteen samples were collected in the Mia Li-1 area and further confirmed the occurrence with an average grade of 2.79% Li2O. Additionally, three samples were collected in the Carte 1879 occurrence and for the first time verified spodumene at this location with the results averaging 1.65% Li2O. Three samples were collected from a pegmatite occurrence, outside of Figure 1 and returned only background levels of lithium.

Collectively, the sampling from 18 outcrop grab samples at the Mia Li-1 occurrence (5 in 2021 and 13 in 2022) have an average grade of 2.65% Li2O.

About the Mia Lithium Property

The Property is comprised of 170 mineral claims, located 62 km East of Wemindji Community in the Eeyou Itschee Territory, James Bay, Quebec. The lithium mineral showings are located approximately 10 kilometres from the nearest highway.

The Property geology is part of the Yasinski Lake area, identified by narrow greenstone belt slivers, belonging to volcanic rocks and related sediment the Yasinski Group and pierced by syn-tectonic tonalite and granodiorite suite. The Property is located in the western extremity of this geological area, covering various lithologies and favourable structures, known to host spodumene bearing pegmatites. The southern half of the Property covers a northeast limb of the Vieux Comptoir granite and a concordant intrusive body described as a spodumene granite on SIGEOM, the Quebec provincial government's geomining information system: https://sigeom.mines.gouv.qc.ca/signet/classes/I1108_afchCarteIntr.

Historical work by Main Exploration Company Ltd. in 1959 (GM10200) reported several spodumene-bearing pegmatites on the Property and mapped an 8.3 kilometre-long trend of discontinuous pegmatite intrusions. SIGEOM lists nine metallic deposits directly on the Mia Lithium property including two for lithium, namely Mia Li-1 and Mia Li-2. Carte 1879 is listed as a spodumene mineral deposit as no assays were recorded for it.

The westernmost mineral showings Mia-Li1 and Mia-Li2 were sampled in 1997 by Quebec government geologists and assays returned grades of 0.47% Li2O and 2.27% Li2O respectively. Numerous pegmatite intrusions have been recorded along the 8.3 kilometre long trend but were never been followed up for their lithium potential. The 1959 report also details that the pegmatite dykes are as much as 100 feet (30.5 metres) in width and are commonly zoned, with spodumene crystals described as being as much as 2 feet (0.61 metres) in length.

Indonesia encourages collaboration to achieve blue economy in AIS Forum

JAKARTA, Dec 21, 2022 – (ACN Newswire) – Indonesia emphasized the need for collaboration to achieve the blue economy and green economy concepts among the members of the Archipelagic and Island States (AIS) Forum.

"Next year (in 2023), through the head of state level meeting, we hope the joint commitment of island and archipelagic nations around the world (which are the members of the AIS Forum) will encourage Indonesia to realize its vision as the world's maritime axis," Indonesian Coordinating Minister of Marine Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, said here on Tuesday.

The AIS Forum, which was initiated in 2018, has held four ministerial-level meetings so far to encourage commitment and discussion between archipelagic and island countries to establish concrete cooperation and collaboration on improving their economy and protecting the marine environment.

Additionally, Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi reminded member countries of AIS Forum to be able to synergize with other global initiatives. "We must have the same spirit, namely the spirit of collaboration, because we can only overcome various global challenges if the world is united, not divided," Marsudi said.

Then, Marsudi added, the AIS Forum should strengthen its commitments to solve common problems in managing the oceans.

In 2023, Indonesia will host the AIS Summit which will be a part of efforts to realize the country's vision to become a global maritime axis. Indonesia and other archipelagic and island nations on the AIS Forum reiterated to increase commitments and efforts to tackle the danger of climate crisis by strengthening collaboration in the blue economy.

"When we talk about the green economy, we talk about carbon. A coastline is one of the biggest carbon sinks through mangroves and corals," Investment Minister Bahlil Lahadalia said.

The Indonesian government also committed to achieving Net Zero Emissions (NZE) in 2060 which is expected to grow the investment potential in the blue economy, green economy, and circular economy sectors. Lahadalia also emphasized efforts to protect and restore the wealth of marine resources, including planting mangroves, protecting coral reefs, and preserving marine life.

Indonesia is currently intensifying the implementation of the blue economy and green economy in its investment and development program including the development project for the New National Capital City (IKN).

The Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy hoped the city would be able to create an inclusive and sustainable national economic transformation by utilizing digital infrastructure and implementing a green economy. "Thus, the development of IKN is expected to be a new basic in creating the inclusive and sustainable national economic transformation through business modernization, digital infrastructure improvement that implements the green economy and blue economy," Muhadjir said. The Minister said the new capital city is a national identity and the driver for the Indonesian economy in the future.

According to the data of IKN.go.id, there will be six economic clusters in IKN including Clean Technology Industry Cluster, Integrated Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster, Sustainable Agriculture Industry, Ecotourism and Health Tourism Cluster, Chemical Products and Byproducts Cluster, as well as Low Carbon Energy Cluster. Snow Lake Lithium Corrects the Record and Confirms Postponed Meeting Date for January 17, 2023

MANITOBA, CANADA, Dec 21, 2022 – (ACN Newswire) – Snow Lake Resources Ltd., d/b/a Snow Lake Lithium Ltd. (NASDAQ:LITM) ("Snow Lake Lithium" or the "Company"), today corrects the record in response to misinformation perpetuated by the dissident group comprised of Kushkush Investments Pty Ltd (Alexandra Discretionary Trust), M + T K PTY LTD (MTK SUPERANNUATION FUND), Delaware IR LLC, Benjamin Abraham Fogelgarn, Nikola Najdoski, Yukor Mipoz Pty Ltd, Ozzi Pty Ltd, Deerhunter Investments Pty Ltd, and Nova Minerals Limited (collectively, the "Dissidents").

The Dissidents have announced a purported meeting of the Company's shareholders to take place on December 23, 2022. This meeting is invalid and will not be recognized by the Company. The Dissidents' improper attempts to hold a shareholders meeting as well as their repeated false statements regarding management compensation and ongoing initiatives at the Company are unfortunate and serve only to mislead the markets to the detriment of shareholders.

As explained in the Company's press release dated December 14, 2022, the annual general and special meeting of the Company's shareholders is now scheduled for January 17, 2023 (the "Meeting"). The Meeting was postponed by the Company's board of directors, in accordance with applicable law, as a result of concerns that the integrity of the voting process was at risk given inadequate disclosure from the Dissidents, issues with the manner in which the Dissidents solicited proxies, and a new assessment being conducted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission with respect to an individual believed by the Company to be a joint actor of the Dissidents.

The Company again reaffirms that no meeting of shareholders will take place until January 17, 2023 and that any meeting of shareholders the Dissidents purport to convene prior to that time will be invalid, as will be any business purportedly conducted thereat.

Philip Gross, CEO and Chairman of Snow Lake Lithium, commented "There will be only one meeting at which shareholders will have the opportunity to support either current management or the Dissidents, and it will be held on January 17, 2023. We urge all shareholders to ignore any further attempts by the Dissidents to cause confusion about when and where the Meeting will occur and the issues that will be decided thereat. We also call on the Dissidents to work with management to ensure appropriate disclosure and proxy solicitation procedures are in place ahead of the Meeting, in accordance with applicable law, to prevent any further delays or erosion of shareholder value."

In light of the Company's concern with the proxy solicitation process, the Company is encouraging all shareholders to carefully review any proxy they have signed and to revoke any proxies inadvertently signed. As further disclosure is made, shareholders will continue to be entitled to revoke proxies or change their votes. If you have any questions related to proxies, voting instruction forms, or voting of your shares, please contact:
